Last weekend we perused Pike Place Market slightly perma frosted and ended up pairing our cannabis with a Dungeness. Who knew crab could be so easy to prepare?
Thanks to the lovely staff at the City Fish Market for assuaging our fear of seafood. This recipe is so simple, we want to share it with you!
Ingredients you'll need: Dungeness crab, minced garlic, 1 stick butter, loaf of bread, cannabis
Step 1: Buy a Dungeness crab, preferably from Pike Place Market to ensure freshness.
Step 2: Pre-heat oven to 325 and place bread on a middle rack.
Step 3: Mince garlic.
Step 4: On low heat, melt your stick of butter in a pan. Once it's completely melted, sauté garlic for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 5: While sautéing garlic, smoke a bowl with friends. We're partial to Perma Frost, as its spicy yet earthy notes pair well with these northwest noshies.
Step 6: Crack open that crab and enjoy. Dip your bread in the garlic butter, then add some fresh caught crab on top. If you feel especially adventurous, add a little white cheddar and avocado for extra yum.
Make sure to have plenty of napkins on-hand. This winter meal is mildly messy, but worth every bite!
